Because ShopMCCollege products are custom-printed per order and shipped directly to the customer, returns are accepted ONLY in the event of an error in the shipment, such as receiving a size different than what was ordered. Item(s) must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We're sorry, but at the moment, all of our products are exclusively available for purchase online through the ShopMCCollege website, not at MCC campus locations. Offering our merchandise online allows us to provide a wider selection of products, more competitive pricing, and a more convenient shopping experience for our customers. We're always happy to help and look forward to serving all your college spirit needs online!

Our standard production time for items is between 2-7 business days, and the standard shipping is 3-5 business days. We use a print-on-demand model, which means all items are unique. Items are only produced once ordered. At this time, we do not offer priority shipping.

We're sorry to hear that the product you want is currently out of stock. Unfortunately, availability can be limited on certain items, and we have no control over when or if they will be restocked. However, you have a couple of options: Wait for the item to be restocked: If the product is simply out of stock but not discontinued, you can sign up for our back-in-stock notification list to receive an email when the item becomes available again. Choose a different style/color/size: If the item you want is permanently discontinued or not expected to be restocked anytime soon, you can consider choosing a similar item that's available in your preferred style/color/size. We have a wide selection of college spirit products to choose from, so we're confident you'll be able to find something that you'll love. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please know that we're doing our best to provide a wide range of options for our customers.
